I’m on top of the world

I love seeing the sunset. I love it while sitting down, while standing up. I love it alone or in the company of good friends. I love it at the beach and in Joshua Tree. A sunset is a gift. It can’t make you not dream away and think about how lucky you are to live the life you’re living.  Continue reading

Shameless selfie at the LA Observation Deck

DSC_1608

The Los Angeles City Hall is a building that not only has appeared in many movies. It also is the perfect spot to get an amazing view over the city. You can get up to the 27th floor of the building and walk around on the deck. The top level of this building is a conference room with windows all around and there happened to be a conference the day I went there. I was taking selfies for Instagram and suddenly I saw all the people from inside the room looking at me! Awkward!! Anyway, I got a good picture for Instagram with all the high buildings in the background, so I didn’t really mind people watching me taking my shameless selfie! 😉 Continue reading

Take a break & enjoy the view

IMG_4196

Sometimes, people tend to overdo. It often happens to me and then I end up injured on my foot or back, or something else that makes me feel bad comes up. Whenever I run, I need to take breaks. Not only because I feel tired or because I’m thirsty. Sometimes I just take a break because, especially when I’m running at the strand, I’m falling in love with the view. Continue reading

Palos Verdes

DSC_8111

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled up a really cool blog, written by a girl in who I can recognize myself. We started following each other and right now her blog is one of the 5 blogs that I check daily. Yael is a Spanish girl, who currently lives in the LA area and who just like me is passionate about photography! We decided to meet up sometime and last weekend was that day! She and her friends wanted to visit Palos Verdes and they invited me to come! Even though I was the new person in the group, I had such a nice time! All the people were really social and inviting and I felt like I’ve all known them for a long time! Continue reading

My first California sunset

First Cali Sunset

Exactly one month ago I arrived in California and I must say that time flies!

For the occasion the fam’ wanted to take me to the beach to watch the sunset, since I still hadn’t done that! It was so amazingly beautiful! We brought a little blanket and were sitting on the beach to watch it and it went so quickly! I guess it only took about 10 minutes for the sun to completely disappear! Continue reading

Manhattan Beach walk

DSC_5943

Since I moved to California I really enjoy taking these long walks to the beach. I usually walk for about 1,5 hour and this time I walked all the way to Manhattan Beach and it was so pretty out there! As it was a really sunny day a lot of young people were tanning on the beach. Girls were watching the boys surfing, parents were walking their babies and others were just enjoying the prettiest views!
