Welcome Strider!

Beach walk (6 of 6)

Hello everyone and happy 2015!

I’m so happy with how the year started. Stacy spent New Years Eve having contractions and they got worse as the hours passed. Little Strider was born on January 1st, a little before 9am. He came home last Monday and he’s such an amazing little guy. He’s sleeping all day, is really calm and really only cries when he’s hungry. He’s adorable and I’m so in love! Continue reading

Long eyelashes & freckles

Bath (2 of 4)

Slaiden loves the water. He probably asks me if he can go take a bath about 5 times a day and when he’s in it’s hard to get him out of the water. Since our bathroom is a pretty clear space with white backgrounds and I don’t really have anything to do but to watch him while he’s playing in the water, I decided to take some cute head shots of him being a busy bee in the tub.  Continue reading

Sisters going crazy

Last week I posted an article about my little sister Michelle. Today I want to share a video that I made for her 4th birthday!

When we are together we always like to do crazy. We laugh, we dance, we do exercices, we make funny videos or we do photoshoots. I really love this little girl and I think it’s amazing how cute she is!

Enjoy the video!

My little sister

A younger sister is someone who trusts you to defend her, someone who thinks you know the answers to almost everything…

This is my little sister, Michelle. She is actually my host sister but since she was so little when I met her we’ve been like sisters always. I met her in May ’10 when I moved in with my third host family during my exchange year in Honduras.

She is like a big girl in a little girl’s body. She loves my bags and my make-up, going to the beauty salon for letting them paint our nails, going to the movies together and going to Pizzahut! It’s the coolest 4-year-old kid I know!

I included 2 pictures of her when I stayed with the family and then a picture of every year I visited the family!

Isn’t she adorable?

Next to photographing, I also love making my own earrings! I love the idea of wearing something that nobody else wears. I’ve been spending a lot of time making these earrings with the cute little bows and I think they are adorable!

The fun thing about making your own stuff is that you can match them with the outfit you want and that you can give it a personnal touch. (You can click on the pictures to see more & to become a fan on Facebook!)

I hope that someday I’m going to be able to make my own clothes too. Whenever that happens I’m going to write a post about it on this blog, so keep following me 😉
