For my typography class I have to make a final project and the only things we have to do is to chose a word and a quote and create a nice typographic poster with it. A walk in JT’s cactus garden

Joshua Tree has more to offer than just its beautiful trees. Something else it’s known for are its cacti gardens. I love the different shades of green these cacti have and I think the little flowers on top makes the plant look even prettier.

Climbing to freedom

When you’re driving around in the Joshua Tree park all you see around you are trees, cacti and rocks. A lot of rocks. When arriving there all I could think about was that I really wanted to climb on those rocks and get views that were even more amazing than the views we had from the ground. My friend Coline and I decided to climb all the way up and the view didn’t disappoint at all. Even though it’s pretty dangerous to climb there and even though there is so much risk to fall or to hurt yourself, we did pretty well and the views were amazing. I got some scratches on my hands and knees during the climb, but I had my adventurous moment and I felt free on there, FREE! 😉

I saw amazing things as I was standing there and I was thinking how happy I am to be living in California and to be able to travel around with amazing people. I’m living the life guys and I couldn’t have been happier! Continue reading

Welcome to Joshua Tree

Two weeks ago, my friends and I took a trip to Joshua Tree. This national park, near Palm Springs, is famous for its beautiful views and nature. I expected to have to leave the car in the parking lot and walk around the park, but instead we had to take the car, drive around in the park and make stops every time we saw something beautiful, which was like every 10 minutes. I took so many pictures on this trip that I’ll probably have to write 5 different blog posts about it. It won’t be boring though, I promise! Nothing can beat the views I got to see there! So pretty!
