Motivational Monday: racing on the treadmill

Have you ever had that feeling that you’re on the treadmill and you hear that the person next to you is running a little faster? When I hear that the game is on!

Everyone has his own way of getting motivated to go on, right? 😉

#OOTD: Sunday morning workout gear

I really love running and since I’ve never showed you guys my workout outfits I decided to do a post on them.

I love Nike and as you can see my shoes and leggings are Nike. I was wearing a top from Oysho that I bought in Spain! So comfortable! I would wear these clothes daily if I could!

I ran 6 km in a little more than 30 minutes and burned 500 calories! Yay!

In the end it’s all about being motivated!

I rocked today’s workout!

My trainer told me I had to run within my heartbeat zones of 160 to 175 which meant I had to run really slow.. Like 8 km/h or something. I went on until I reached 10 km and after I’ve burned more than 800 kcal. I was so proud of myself! 😉
