Today’s recipe is something that you can eat for breakfast, for lunch or as a regular snack. It’s sugar free, healthy and absolutely delish! It’s also really easy to make, so I recommend you to just try it out! For the people amongst you that are not a big fan of spinach, don’t worry because you barely taste the spinach in the little cakes! 😉
– 1 banana
– 1 cup oat flour (blend oats until they become flour)
– 1 egg
– 1 tbs nonfat plain greek yogurt
– 1 cup spinach (for the spinach cakes) OR 1/4 cup pomegranate powder (for the pomegranate cakes)
– 5 tbs stevia
– 1 tbs cinnamon
– toppings (Muma seeds for the spinach cakes and shredded coconut for the pomegranate cakes)
Mix everything up and then bake it for 12 minutes at 350F.
