This morning, I decided to go for a run at the strand. Since I had arrived here, I’ve been so busy that I hadn’t found the time to go to the beach. I was so excited to go for a run today and you can probably imagine how disappointed I was to see that it was this foggy! I couldn’t even see the water! I do appreciate the beauty of this view though and I must say that this was the perfect weather for working out. I could feel little drops of water in the fog and they were so refreshing during my run.
I ran 4 miles today, which was a really easy workout for me after training on the treadmill so much last month. I’m now working on a training schedule for the half marathon that I’m going to run in May. You can never start too early with a training plan, right?! 😉 I’ve been searching online for plans that I like, but the perfect plan is hard to find. I think that in the end I will just make me own plan, based on the plans I find online. I’ll share it with you in one of my next posts and I would love it if some of you would join me in my journey! It works so motivational and I couldn’t think about a better way not to give up on this.
