Let the wind blow through your hair

We all know that kids grow incredibly fast. I can’t believe it’s been almost 2 years ago that my cousin was born. She was such a tiny, little creature and now she is such a big girl who is walking all by herself, who knows how to do the sounds of animals and who’s just so sweet and loving!

I decided to pay her a visit last week, so that we could have some quality time before I leave to the US for a year. We went out for a walk and she absolutely loved it! We walked in this cute neighborhood where there are lots of empty fields and where lots of farmers live. I loved it, because places like that are perfect for doing a little photo shoot!

Even though I took the stroller on our walk, Axelle loved walking around, but she wanted to hold her little piglet the whole time! It even matched her jacket! Isn’t she adorable?

We only walked for about 20 minutes, because it suddenly started raining and I didn’t really have an umbrella with me! I should have known it, because it was already really windy when we left the house. Belgian weather is and has always been so unpredictable! 😉

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I’m enjoying my last days at home before leaving to sunny California! Today I went buying some surprises for my American friends! So excited to see them again! Let me know where you like to take your pictures! Do you ever go for a walk, just to look around, think and take some pictures?

This little girl is adorable. Some beautiful shots. We have a niece who is just one yesterday. She is not yet walking. Almost. Maybe one day I will take photos of her like you. If she ever slows down long enough.
